Natalie Balsinde concentrates her practice on a broad array of business transactions and general corporate representation. Natalie represents companies in connection with various domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of business areas and industries, with a focus on representing inbound investors from Latin America and Europe. She assists her clients in the establishment and maintenance of joint ventures, partnerships, and limited liability and closely-held companies, and with the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, and employment agreements. She also works with her clients in matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as franchising, licensing, and distribution.
Natalie earned her Juris Doctorate degree, distinguished cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her Baccalaureate degree, also distinguished cum laude, from Florida International University. She is a member of the Business Law Section and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association. Prior to her legal career, Natalie served as an intern to a State of Florida Senator.
Natalie is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
She is fluent in Spanish.
