Gustavo E. Negrón Mattei concentrates his practice in the area of tax law, with an emphasis on international matters.
Prior to joining Harper Meyer, Mr. Negrón worked for a well-known business law firm in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the district of Puerto Rico and for a “Big Four” accounting firm.
Mr. Negrón earned his B.S. with concentrations in finance and accounting in 2015 from Cornell University; and his J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. During his time at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, Mr. Negrón completed an exchange program with the University of Connecticut School of Law where he served as a student representative for the UConn Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
