Janet C. Tacoronte

Of Counsel

Janet C. Tacoronte’s practice is diverse and involves foreign and domestic corporate and individual clients on business issues as well as specific matters relating to the acquisition, leasing, and development of commercial real estate. She represents clients worldwide.

She served as corporate counsel for two global companies in the hospitality and retail industry. With a strong business background and extensive in-house experience, Janet serves corporate clients as their external general counsel and works closely with the corporations’ internal counsel and officers in transactional matters including purchase and sale, new construction, leasing, financing transactions, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, business development, management agreements, and foreign market entry including real estate due diligence.

Janet earned her Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and is admitted in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
