Juan Bernardo Andrade Dueñas is an associate attorney at Haper Meyer LLP. He is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, with a focus on Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration.
Mr. Andrade obtained a Juris Doctor equivalent from Universidad de Los Hemisferios in Ecuador and earned his Juris Doctor/LLM joint degree in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law. His experience covers complex business commercial litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration across different industries and before various arbitral institutions—including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
Before joining the firm, Mr. Andrade worked as a litigator, focusing on complex commercial and business litigation, handling a diverse array of cases encompassing contract disputes, corporate matters, real estate disputes, and arbitration. Mr. Andrade has experience representing clients in cross-border transactions and commercial dealings across the United States and Latin America. He enjoys playing the guitar and tennis or soccer during his free time.
