Rose Parish-Ramon is a Partner of the firm and a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. She concentrates her practice in estate planning, including charitable planning, estate administration, estate litigation, trust administration, trust litigation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and guardianship proceedings, as well as related tax matters. In addition, she has experience in appellate practice with respect to litigation related to estates, trusts and guardianships.
Ms. Parish-Ramon is involved with various community and charitable organizations and has over 26 years of experience working with clients to achieve their objectives. Since 2004, she has been recognized with an AV Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the agency’s highest mark for both competency and ethics and is achieved by only 5 percent of attorneys.
