Nicole A. Baudini, Co-Managing Partner of Harper Meyer LLP, has been a member of the firm’s International Private Wealth team for over 22 years. Specializing in corporate, international tax, trust, and estate planning, Ms. Baudini advises inbound high-net-worth individuals, multi-jurisdictional families, family offices, and foreign entities in a wide range of matters— including corporate, trust, foundation, and asset acquisition structures, along with family succession and estate planning. In addition, Ms. Baudini assists her clients in drafting and negotiating business agreements, contracts, and financing transactions while offering ongoing, strategic counsel tailored to their specific needs. Ms. Baudini oversees Harper Meyer’s robust entity formation and maintenance services department. She is also responsible for managing complex projects, collaborating closely with counsel across various disciplines and jurisdictions to deliver efficient, timely, and customized solutions that align with her clients’ objectives.
Ms. Baudini earned her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors from Florida International University.
Outside of her professional achievements, Ms. Baudini enjoys playing field hockey, long-distance running and traveling.
