Sofia Waterhouse concentrates her practice on international and domestic corporate transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and general corporate representation, as well as corporate international tax, trust, and estate matters. In addition, Sofia is experienced in the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Sofia earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law, distinguished Cum Laude, and her B.A. in Political Science, from the University of Miami. While in law school, Sofia served as an editor for the Inter-American Law Review, where she also authored an article published by the Law Review.
