Victoria Moreno Pabón

Victoria Moreno Pabón focuses her practice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions utilizing her prior experience at two of the nation’s preeminent law firms where she advised buy-side and sell-side clients in business transactions in a broad range of industries.

Victoria also represents both franchisors and franchisees in domestic and international franchising matters. Her franchisor-related work spans the full life cycle of the franchise relationship, including drafting franchise agreements and Franchise Disclosure Documents, managing federal and state regulatory compliance, guiding U.S. and foreign franchisors through cross-border expansion, and supporting system acquisitions. Her franchisee-related work focuses on guiding clients through the process of joining a franchise system, navigating compliance with system standards, pursuing multi-unit growth, and exiting franchise systems when appropriate. She frequently writes articles in professional and academic publications on these topics and related matters.

Victoria earned her J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she was Primary Editor of the Global Studies Law Review. Victoria also holds an LL.M. in French Law & European and International Business Law, mention bien, from the Université Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Florida International University. Victoria is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
