Ronald Albert, Jr. has experience in a broad array of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; partnerships, joint ventures and LLC’s; closely-held corporations, shareholders’ agreements, employment agreements and restrictive covenants; corporate finance, institutional finance and public finance; and contracts. He has represented many different types of clients, including public and private companies, large and mid-market businesses, professional sports franchises and facilities, entertainment industry and technology companies. Mr. Albert received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1988. Mr. Albert has attained an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell — a rating achieved by only five percent of attorneys — indicating that he “has reached the height of professional excellence” and is “recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.” Mr. Albert is currently or in the past has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Top Lawyers, Super Lawyers and Florida Trend’s Legal Elite.

Active in the community, Mr. Albert is currently involved as a member the Orange Bowl Committee (Board of Directors), 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship Game South Florida Host Committee (Secretary), Temple Beth Sholom (Past President), and the Rabbi Gary A. Glickstein Foundation (Past President). Previously, he has served with Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors, Counsel to the Board, Executive Committee and Chairman of Sports Committee), Miami-Dade Sports Commission (Treasurer, Board of Directors and Executive Committee); Mount Sinai Medical Center (Advisory Board and Foundation Board); Mount Sinai Medical Center Young Presidents Club (Chairman), Miami Marlins Community Foundation (Advisory Board), Lawyers For Children America (Treasurer) and Miami Beach Jewish Community Center (Vice President).
