On November 30, 2022, Harper Meyer partners Steve Hagen and Jeff Hagen presented before approximately 50 international tax practitioners from jurisdictions around the world on the topic of the new Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) in the United States. The presentation focused on not only the CTA generally but also the international effects that the new CTA regulations are projected to have on non-U.S. clients and their attorneys. The Webinar was hosted by Transnational Taxation Network (TTN), a global tax professional organization. Jeff currently serves on TTN’s Executive Committee, and Steve is a former President of the organization.
