Michael A. Dribin, head of Harper Meyer’s estate and trust practice, has been named an Adjunct Professor in the University of Miami Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning (LL.M.). The program is an advanced educational option for attorneys seeking preparation to handle the tax ramifications of wealth transfers as well as the related non-tax, investment, and business succession planning issues. The curriculum stands out from traditional graduate tax programs due to the breadth and depth of its coverage of both tax-related and non-tax-related aspects of individual and estate planning.

Having been in practice since 1975, Mr. Dribin has been Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Law since 1986, is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 1990 (member, Fiduciary Litigation Committee), and was formerly the chair of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section.
