Harper Meyer LLP is proud to announce the appointment of Nicole Baudini and Jeff Hagen as Co-Managing Partners, marking an exciting new chapter in the firm’s leadership, effective January 1, 2025.
Nicole Baudini, a member of the Harper Meyer’s international private wealth team since the establishment of the firm in 2002, has risen through nearly every position in the firm over the years, eventually becoming a lawyer and equity partner. She brings with her a unique understanding of Harper Meyer’s culture and clients. Nicole handles corporate, international tax, trust, estate planning, and general day-to-day matters for clients of the firm.
Joining her is Jeff Hagen, who has been a member of the firm’s tax team since 2016 and is also an equity partner. He takes a forward-thinking approach to legal practice and firm management and is poised to help lead the firm into the next quarter-century. With an LLM in taxation, Jeff primarily handles international tax and succession planning matters for multijurisdictional families and businesses.
Harper Meyer LLP was established in 2002 by founding partners George Harper, James Meyer, and Manuel ‘Manny’ Perez, who were later joined by Steven Hagen in 2004. Steve has admirably served as Managing Partner for the last 20 years, and now proudly hands the baton to Nicole and Jeff.
