Eight partners from Harper Meyer LLP collaborated to author a feature length article in the latest edition of International Law Quarterly (ILQ), the premiere publication of The Florida Bar International Law Section, entitled “A Hypothetical: Creative Solutions for an Interesting Client.” In the article, each partner analyzed the complex scenario with respect to their own practice area, with the article demonstrating the depth of intricate advice that the firm offers.
The article focused on the following practice areas: : (I) tax planning and business succession issues (Jeff Hagen and Nicole Baudini); (II) litigation issues (Laura Reich); (III) immigration options (Jacqueline Villalba); (IV) local law considerations in Brazil (Otavio Carneiro); (V) art and collectibles issues (Clarissa Rodriguez); (VI) real property issues (Manuel A. Perez); and (VII) estate and probate issues (Rose Parish-Ramon).
