Adrian Mosqueda focuses his practice on aviation and maritime transactions.
Adrian represents foreign and domestic corporate and individual clients on general transactional issues as well as specific matters relating to the acquisition, financing, leasing, and registration of new and pre-owned aircraft, and vessels. His practice includes planning for and implementing tax-efficient structures, registering foreign-owned aircraft using available alternatives for non-citizens, and ensuring compliance with applicable FAA and DOT regulations.
Adrian earned his Juris Doctor degree, distinguished Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. in Psychology, distinguished Summa Cum Laude, from Florida International University. While in law school, Adrian interned for the Honorable Judge Fleur Lobree at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and for the University of Miami Investor Rights Clinic.
