Juan Bernardo Andrade Dueñas, is part of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice at Harper Meyer, and focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration.

He obtained a Juris Doctor equivalent from Universidad de Los Hemisferios in Ecuador. He earned his Juris Doctor/LLM joint degree in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law. His experience covers complex business commercial litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration across different industries and before various arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).

Before joining Harper Meyer’s litigation and arbitration team, Mr. Andrade worked as a litigator, focusing on complex commercial and business litigation, handling a diverse array of cases encompassing contract disputes, corporate matters, real estate disputes, and arbitrations. Mr. Andrade has experience representing clients in cross-border dealings and commercial transactions across the US and Latin America.

He enjoys playing the guitar and playing tennis or soccer during his free time.
