Victoria Moreno Pabón focuses her practice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions utilizing her prior experience at two of the nation’s preeminent law firms where she advised buy-side and sell-side clients in business transactions in a broad range of industries. Victoria also assists in domestic and international franchising and distribution matters.
Victoria earned her J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she was Primary Editor of the Global Studies Law Review. Victoria also holds an LL.M. in French Law & European and International Business Law, mention bien, from the Université Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Florida International University. Victoria is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
