Harper Meyer Partner Laura Reich was recently interviewed by The Sun Sentinel regarding her upcoming presentation titled: “The Woman in Gold: Separating Fact from Fiction: Issues of Nazi-Looted Art”. The program, sponsored by The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, is set to take place on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at the Friedberg Auditorium, Lifelong Learning Building, on FAU’s Boca Raton campus.
The presentation will explore various historical and contemporary issues pertaining to Nazi-looted art and its rightful restitution to its owners, including the legal aspects regarding stolen pieces, and shed light on how art and cultural theft persist as a prominent theme in our modern world.
