Natalie Jacobs concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate representation and commercial transactions, representing companies in connection with various domestic and cross-border transactions in a broad array of business areas and industries, with a focus on representing inbound investors from Latin America and Europe. She represents U.S. and international purchasers, sellers, and targets in all phases of complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including transaction structuring, methodical due diligence, contract negotiation and careful documentation, corporate governance, and post-closing integration. She works in concert with dedicated lawyers in our tax, real estate, and related practices to provide an integrated and cost-effective response to the needs of her clients in such transactions. She also assists her clients in the establishment and maintenance of joint ventures, partnerships, and limited liability and closely-held companies, and with the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, and employment agreements, as well as franchising, licensing, and distribution agreements.

Natalie earned her Juris Doctorate degree, distinguished cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and she is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. She is an active member of the Business Law Section and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar.
