Harper Meyer is pleased to welcome Sofia Waterhouse as an Associate. Sofia focuses her practice on international and domestic corporate transactions specializing in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate representation, and corporate international tax, trust, and estate matters. She will support the firm in various critical corporate and business areas as part of Harper Meyer’s dedication to providing the best legal assistance to our clients.
Sofia earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, distinguished Cum Laude, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Miami. While in law school, Sofia served as an editor for the Inter-American Law Review, where she also authored an article published by the Law Review.
